Game Junction Studio is a family gaming utility that includes multiple modes (for example Housie, board games, educational quizzes, and Clear Me). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Clear Me includes local single-player Classic and Zen puzzle play and invite-only Puzzle Race multiplayer (private room codes). Certain Puzzle Race difficulty packs may require a Pro host (“Host-is-Pro”); guests may play those packs for the session without buying Pro themselves. Clear Me (and other modes) are provided for entertainment. Gameplay outcomes, procedural puzzles, scores, and race standings do not constitute any promise of prizes, wagers, or real-world rewards.
You may play many features without Google Sign-In. Where the app establishes a Firebase session (including Anonymous Authentication), local progress such as Clear Me best times and stars may sync to our Firebase Realtime Database so progress can follow that session. Google Sign-In is required to purchase Pro and to enable Live Chat voice. Linking or upgrading an anonymous session to Google may improve cross-device continuity of synced progress.
Player communications, including Live Chat voice, are user-generated content and do not reflect the views of Game Junction Studio or its developers.
Game Junction Studio provides a Peer-to-Peer (WebRTC) communication platform for private, invite-only rooms. We do not monitor, record, or store live voice transmissions. Abusive behavior, harassment, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in voice bans or permanent account termination.
Live voice uses encrypted peer-to-peer (WebRTC) connections between users' devices. Our servers facilitate connection setup only; they do not receive or retain audio content. We do not have the technical capability to listen to or record your conversations. We cannot provide conversation logs or recordings to users, courts, or government agencies because we do not create or hold them.
Live Chat is available only in private rooms (shareable room codes), requires Google Sign-In (anonymous accounts cannot use voice), birth-year verification, and explicit consent before first use. Users under 13 may not use Live Chat. Every voice user has a verifiable Google identity so we can enforce these rules.
Multiplayer voice chat is intended for friends and family in private rooms where participants share a room code. Public matchmaking voice is not supported.
Rooms are joinable only by private room code. We do not offer public lobbies, global chat, or stranger matchmaking. Clear Me Puzzle Race and other online modes use the same private room-code model and are subject to host admission, community safety, and automated enforcement where reports apply.
Game Junction is a private gaming utility intended for use by families and friends. It is not a social discovery platform. We do not monitor private voice communications. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children's use of room-code sharing and voice chat features.
A Pro Subscription allows a Host to provide an enhanced experience to their guests. Under our 'Partial Inheritance' model, guests in a Pro-hosted room receive ad-free access and unlocked educational content for the duration of the session.
Users acknowledge that safety protocols override feature inheritance. If the Host is a minor (under 18), the Voice Chat feature will not be activated for the room, regardless of the Host's subscription status. This is a non-negotiable safety standard. No refunds or credits will be issued for the absence of voice communication in rooms hosted by minors, as this restriction is a core safety component of the Service.
We use an automated reporting and strike system for Live Chat abuse:
Alpha Tech Solutions India maintains a zero-tolerance policy for the abuse of our safety tools. Filing false, fabricated, or malicious reports to harass other users is a violation of these Terms and will result in an immediate and permanent ban via SHA-256 hardware fingerprinting.
Report metadata (reporter, room code, reason, optional description) is retained while your account is active for strike tracking.
Voluntary account deletion (Settings → Account → Delete account) permanently removes your profile, game progress, Pro entitlements, and other personal data we store in Firebase Realtime Database and Firebase Authentication.
Deletion does not clear a permanent ban. If your account was terminated for Safety & Conduct violations (including automated 3-strike permanent bans), we retain a one-way SHA-256 cryptographic hash of your account email address (or Google provider identifier if no email is available). We do not store your plain-text email on the suppression list. This hash is used solely under our Security & Fraud Prevention interest to block re-registration and prevent repeat abuse.
Retention: standard abuse bans — 3 years from ban date; severe abuse (manual/support flag) — up to 10 years or indefinite per policy.
No refunds on Pro or other purchases for accounts terminated due to Safety & Conduct violations (including abuse-related deletion while banned).
We may permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abusive Live Chat behavior. Termination applies to all account access, not only paid Pro features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Game Junction Studio is not liable for user-generated statements, conduct, or content shared between players. Entertainment features (including Clear Me puzzles and race standings) do not create any entitlement to prizes or monetary rewards.
